Lead dashboard design and visualization strategy Handle complex datasets and performance optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards Mentor junior developers and review dashboards for quality Drive best practices in data visualization and BI development
6–8 years of experience in Tableau development and BI solutions Advanced expertise in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Tableau Prep Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience Ability to handle complex business requirements and stakeholder interactions Experience in performance tuning and dashboard optimization
