We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams and drive large-scale Agile transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Scrum, Agile frameworks, stakeholder management, and enterprise delivery, with the ability to coach teams and leadership.

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams across complex programs. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and mindset. Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization. Drive Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement. Support Agile transformation initiatives at enterprise level. Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery predictability and team performance.

8+ years of experience with strong Agile/Scrum background. Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Scrum Master handling large programs. Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean Agile. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams. Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills. Strong conflict resolution and coaching abilities. Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
