We are seeking a Senior OTOBO Developer with 6–9 years of experience to lead OTOBO customization, architecture, and integrations. The role includes owning solution design, mentoring team members, and driving ITSM best practices across the platform.
Lead end-to-end OTOBO solution design and implementation Architect complex workflows, automation, and custom modules Handle advanced integrations and performance optimization Act as SME for ITSM and OTOBO best practices Mentor junior developers and review code/configurations Work closely with stakeholders and clients on requirements
6–9 years of experience with OTOBO / OTRS development Strong expertise in Perl, OTOBO APIs, and backend customization Deep understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks Experience handling enterprise-scale implementations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
