We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Electronics division. In this role, you will own the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle — from concept and PCB design to product validation and delivery — for home appliance products. You will mentor engineering teams, drive technical decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring reliable, innovative electronics to market.

Hardware Design & PCB Development Lead design, review, and validation of PCBs and electronic circuits for home appliance products. Product Development Lifecycle Own hardware development from concept to mass production, including prototyping, testing, and sign-off. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless product integration.

12–18 years in electronics hardware design, with at least 3–5 years in a lead or managerial role. Mandatory experience in home appliances or consumer electronics product development. Strong hands-on expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, circuit simulation, and hardware validation. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, drive accountability, and deliver on time.
