We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Testing & Validation activities for switchgear products (industrial/domestic). The role involves ensuring compliance with national and international standards, managing lab testing processes, and driving product certification initiatives.

Lead end-to-end testing and validation of switchgear products (LV/MV – industrial and domestic applications) Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as BEE, BSI, IEC, IS, and other regulatory codes Manage UL certification processes and coordinate with external certification bodies Oversee lab testing activities, including internal and third-party laboratories Interpret and implement codes and standards relevant to product design and validation Drive quality assurance and ensure products meet performance, safety, and reliability benchmarks Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams for product improvements Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and compliance records Lead audits, inspections, and certification reviews Mentor and guide junior engineers and testing teams

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 15–20 years of experience in testing and validation of switchgear products Strong knowledge of industrial/domestic switchgear systems Hands-on experience with UL certification and lab testing procedures Familiarity with BEE, BSI, IEC, IS standards and codes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with certification agencies and regulatory bodies Leadership and team management experience
