We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across technology initiatives, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring predictable execution.

Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, servant leadership, and effective ways of working. Help teams become self-organizing, accountable, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes. Identify impediments affecting team productivity and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them quickly. Promote transparency across sprint commitments, progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring challenges and implementing practical improvements.

8–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Agile project delivery and software development environments. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum teams. Strong practical understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices. Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams toward effective Agile adoption
