We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Scrum practices, team facilitation, and removing delivery obstacles while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog. Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint progress. Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Protect the team from scope creep and unplanned work. Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Experience handling 1–2 Scrum teams simultaneously. Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and drive timely resolutions. Strong stakeholder management and team-building skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
