This is a Senior SAP Technical Delivery Lead – Finance, Banking & Taxation position, requiring 15+ years of experience. It's a hybrid techno-functional leadership role that combines three things: deep SAP Finance (FI/CO) expertise, specialized knowledge of banking integrations (SWIFT/SEPA, treasury, reconciliation) and global taxation (GST, VAT, e-invoicing), and the ability to lead SAP delivery teams end-to-end. The person will own solution architecture, manage support/delivery operations, and act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior Finance stakeholders — translating complex SAP concepts into business language. It's a senior, rare-skill-combination role suited for someone who's both hands-on technically and confident in front of leadership.

Own end-to-end SAP solution architecture across Finance, Banking, and Taxation Lead SAP delivery teams across functional, technical, and integration workstreams Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes Govern period-end/year-end close and financial reporting accuracy Lead banking connectivity solutions (host-to-host, SWIFT/SEPA, reconciliation) Own SAP tax configuration and ensure compliance with evolving regulations Act as primary SAP advisor to Finance, Treasury, and Tax leadership Establish delivery governance, SLAs, and continuous improvement practices

15+ years of overall SAP experience with strong FI/CO expertise Experience with SAP Banking Integration (SWIFT/SEPA, payment processing) Strong knowledge of global taxation — GST, VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA architecture Proven experience leading SAP delivery/support teams Strong stakeholder management skills (CFO/Finance Director level) Bachelor's in Engineering/CS or equivalent; MBA in Finance preferred SAP certification preferred; ITIL/PMP/Agile certifications a plus
