Challenge vendor solutions where required to ensure alignment with payroll processes, compliance obligations, and system architecture. Support system and integration testing, including traceability validation, test scenario review, and defect triage. Ensure payroll system design supports local compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and internal governance requirements. Maintain full requirements traceability across design, build, test, and deployment phases. Provide ongoing technical and payroll system support to internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Qualifications

Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements delivery for the ADP GlobalView payroll implementation in the US and Canada. Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to capture detailed payroll, technical, and integration requirements. Translate business and payroll needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications suitable for vendor configuration and development. Review, interpret, and validate technical design documents, integration specs, and configuration artifacts produced by the vendor. Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience supporting payroll or HR systems implementations. Strong hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or similar ADP product (mandatory).
