We are looking for an experienced SAP RTR Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes. The role will lead offshore SAP RTR functional activities across finance processes, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and AMS transition while coordinating closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Retail Accounting, technical and business teams. Lead the offshore SAP RTR functional team by managing work allocation, deliverables, coverage, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication. Provide functional leadership across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, FSCM, Bank Accounting, EBS, Cash Application, Retail Accounting, Intercompany, and Financial Close processes. Gather business requirements, design solutions, perform SAP configuration, prepare functional specifications, and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities. Coordinate SAP Finance integrations with OTC, e-commerce/SFCC/OMS, retail POS, Vertex, banking platforms, EDI, MFT, Workday, SAP DRC e-invoicing, and external reporting systems. Work closely with Finance Controls, Retail Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Internal Controls, AMS, technical teams, and other business stakeholders. Support change management, production issue resolution, process improvements, and transition of implemented solutions into AMS/support operations. 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and RTR/Record-to-Report processes. Strong functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, EBS, FSCM, Cash Application, Intercompany, and Financial Close. Experience leading SAP Finance/RTR functional teams, preferably in offshore delivery or global implementation environments. Strong experience across SAP Finance requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, functional specifications, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and AMS transition. Experience integrating SAP Finance with banking platforms, retail systems, e-commerce/OMS/POS, tax platforms, Workday, EDI/MFT, and other third-party systems is preferred. Strong understanding of Tax and E-invoicing processes, including platforms such as Vertex and SAP DRC, is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and functional leadership skills.
