We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with strong expertise in Concur configuration, integrations, workflows, and APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Concur solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and optimizing expense and travel management processes.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice) modules Design and manage workflow configurations, approval hierarchies, and policy enforcement Develop and manage integrations between SAP Concur and external systems (ERP, HRMS, Finance systems) Work with Concur APIs, web services, and middleware tools to enable data exchange Handle data mapping, validation, and transformation for system integrations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Concur configurations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration, workflows, and system performance Ensure compliance with business policies and audit requirements Support testing activities (UAT, SIT) and production deployments Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes

6–8 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation/support Strong experience in: Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice modules Workflow configuration and policy setup Integration using APIs / web services Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, etc.) Good understanding of finance and expense management processes Experience in data mapping, file-based integrations, and automation Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
