We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution across Salesforce platforms.

Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators in delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs aligned with Salesforce best practices. Perform hands-on development and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms. Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive quality assurance practices. Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using tools such as GitHub, Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to align solutions with organizational architecture standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical discussions. Provide expertise in Salesforce security, data migration, performance optimization, and governance. Support UAT, production deployments, client demonstrations, and post-deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring platform scalability and reliability.

8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Framework. Proficiency in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Triggers Flows SOQL/SOSL Salesforce APIs Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, sharing rules, and performance optimization techniques. Experience with Salesforce integrations, ETL tools, and data migration strategies. Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub, Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins. Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering enterprise Salesforce projects. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
