The Senior Salesforce Team Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying. customized Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. ● Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals and lead team. ● Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Perform data modeling, integration, and both automated and manual data migrations. ● Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other technologies to build robust applications. ● Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. ● Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other automation tools.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ● Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Sales Cloud. ● Minimum 2 years of Team lead experience ● Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator are highly desirable. ● Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL. ● Experience with Experience Cloud and AgentForce are highly desirable. ● Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools.
