The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including best practices and advanced features, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions

● Implement and maintain Experience OR Health Cloud features such as Service Console, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect Center, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge. ● Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. ● Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Perform data modeling, integration, and both automated and manual data migrations. ● Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other technologies to build robust applications. ● Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. ● Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other automation tools. ● Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce applications. ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce. ● Provide guidance and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
