We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, ETL/Data Warehouse Testing, SQL, and QA Automation. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing efforts for data pipelines, cloud-based systems, and automated test frameworks.

• Lead and manage QA automation efforts for ETL pipelines and cloud-based data platforms • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Playwright • Perform source-to-target data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks using SQL • Test and validate ETL workflows on AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, RDS) • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to define test strategies • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports • Identify, log, and track defects; drive defect resolution with development teams • Conduct peer reviews of test scripts and mentor junior QA engineers • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across the data warehouse • Support CI/CD integration of automated test suites

• 7 to 10 years of experience in QA with strong focus on Data/ETL Testing • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services • Proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, aggregations, data validation queries) • Strong Python scripting skills for test automation • Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation tools • Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, SCD, Data Lineage) • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
