Key Responsibilities • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for backend services and applications. • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable REST APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI. • Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and optimized for performance. • Integrate APIs with databases, third-party services, and external systems. • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration. • Test and debug applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. • Follow best coding practices to deliver modular, maintainable, and scalable code. • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases. • Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration. • Apply understanding of networking, security, and storage principles in development. • Work within Agile methodologies for sprint-based development and delivery. • Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using code management and release tools such as MS DevOps, GitHub, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
