We are looking for a skilled Python AI Engineer with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Kore.ai platform, and chatbot development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent conversational AI solutions using Python and modern AI technologies.

Design and develop AI-powered chatbot solutions using Kore.ai Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning/NLP models Develop backend services and APIs using Python Integrate chatbots with enterprise applications and third-party APIs Improve chatbot performance, intent recognition, and conversational flows Work closely with business and product teams to understand AI use cases Debug, test, and deploy scalable AI applications Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices

Strong hands-on experience in Python Experience with AI/ML concepts and NLP Hands-on expertise in Kore.ai platform Experience in chatbot/conversational AI development Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations Familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain is a plus Good understanding of databases and cloud platforms Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience with Generative AI/LLMs is an added advantage Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred
