Lead the design, development and operationalisation of machine learning solutions across the enterprise, driving the deployment of production-grade AI systems that enhance customer experience, risk management, operational efficiency and decision intelligence.
• Design scalable ML architectures and pipelines • Lead development of predictive, generative and agentic AI solutions • Build and optimise model training and inference platforms • Develop MLOps best practices and automation frameworks • Ensure model governance, explainability and monitoring • Work closely with Data Scientists, Architects and Business stakeholders • Mentor junior ML Engineers and technical teams
• Python • PyTorch • TensorFlow • Scikit-learn • Spark • Databricks • Azure Machine Learning • Kubernetes • Docker • CI/CD • MLOps frameworks Experience • 10+ years software and ML engineering • 5+ years building production AI solutions • Financial services experience preferred
