Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards. Create interactive visualizations and KPI dashboards for business users. Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. Design and maintain data models using star and snowflake schemas. Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using Power Query and ETL processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize report performance and ensure scalability of BI solutions. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues. Work with SQL databases, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms.

Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway. Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling. Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedures. Experience with ETL processes and data integration. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Knowledge of Power BI deployment and workspace management. Experience with version control and DevOps practices. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake. Knowledge of Python or PowerShell scripting. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Power BI Premium capacities and governance. Exposure to AI-powered analytics and Copilot for Power BI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
