Role: Lead MM (EWM optional) Solution Architect Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Pune (Hybrid) Budget- in current ctc 30% hike

Key Responsibilities Lead MM solution architecture, blueprinting, and end-to-end design aligned with business requirements. Translate business needs into scalable, configurable SAP solutions across procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. Own MM design decisions and guide functional consultants through configuration, enhancements, and rollout phases. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business process leads, and technical teams to ensure solution integrity. Conduct fit-gap analysis, propose design options, and define integration points with SD, PP, FI, WM, EWM (optional), and Ariba. Review functional specifications for RICEFW components, ensuring alignment with solution architecture. Lead UAT cycles, cutover planning, data migration mapping, and deployment readiness. Provide governance, best practices, and reusable design frameworks for future rollouts. Support post-go-live operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

10+ years of experience in SAP MM, including solution design and architecture ownership. Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Subcontracting, Consignment, Pricing, MRP, STO, and Batch/Serial management. Strong integration experience with SD, PP, FI/CO, and warehouse solutions (WM/EWM preferred but optional). Proven ability to lead multi-country rollouts, S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield programs. Expertise in working with RICEFW, interfaces (IDoc/API), and master data structures (Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Records). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
