The Senior AI Lead will drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions, combining technical leadership, AI architecture, hands-on development, and team mentorship. This role owns the technology roadmap for scalable GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to bring enterprise AI products to life. The Senior AI Lead also establishes engineering best practices, governance, and quality standards, and mentors AI engineers through hands-on technical leadership.

Lead the AI engineering team and define the AI technology roadmap. • Design and build GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions. • Evaluate and integrate foundation models and AI frameworks. • Define AI architecture, model orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation strategies. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to deliver customer-centric AI solutions. • Establish AI engineering best practices, governance, and code quality standards. • Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical reviews. • Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate AI strategy and progress to leadership. • Support hiring and talent development for the AI engineering team.

5+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML. • Strong programming skills. • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex. • Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering. • Knowledge of Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
