We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and technology-related products and services. The role will work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure timely procurement, competitive pricing, compliance, and effective vendor management.

Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, cloud services, and IT services. Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, service levels, and commercial terms. Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms. Negotiate contracts, SLAs, payment terms, warranties, renewals, and discounts with IT vendors. Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Track procurement requests, deliveries, invoices, and payment status. Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and technology contracts. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, contracts, and purchase documentation. Work with Finance and IT teams to ensure procurement follows approved budgets and organizational policies. Monitor vendor performance and resolve delivery, quality, billing, and service-related issues. Identify opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, and procurement process improvements. Support IT asset procurement and coordinate with asset management teams for inventory records. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, security requirements, and applicable regulations. Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, pending orders, renewals, and vendor performance.

4-8 years relevant experience IT Procurement / Technology Procurement Vendor Management RFQ / RFP / Quotation Management Contract & Commercial Negotiation Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Management IT Hardware & Software Procurement Software Licensing & Renewals Cost Optimization Stakeholder Management MS Excel / Procurement Systems / ERP Preferred Experience Experience procuring hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and IT services. Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools. Good understanding of IT licensing models, vendor contracts, and SLAs. Experience working with global or enterprise IT vendors is an advantage.
