IT Delivery Director – Wealth Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale technology programs for wealth management organizations. This position requires deep industry expertise, outstanding delivery governance capability, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across global teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders. The director acts as the primary delivery partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory obligations, enterprise standards, and client expectations.
• 15+ years of IT delivery leadership with a minimum of 7+ years in Wealth/Investment Management.( Engineering background with Masters degree is preferred) • Proven track record leading technology programs for wealth management institutions, fintechs, or custodians. • Strong exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred). • Expertise in modern architectures: APIs, microservices, event-driven solutions. • Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practices. • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. • Strong risk management, decision-making, and problem solving capability.
