We are seeking an experienced InterSystems TrakCare Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of TrakCare solutions for healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare domain knowledge and hands-on experience in TrakCare implementations, stakeholder management, system integrations, testing, and user training.

Participate in end-to-end InterSystems TrakCare implementation projects. Gather business, clinical, and operational requirements from healthcare stakeholders. Configure and customize TrakCare modules based on client requirements and workflows. Perform system setup, configuration, testing, integration, deployment, and go-live activities. Coordinate with clinicians, hospital administrators, business users, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify defects, and drive issue resolution. Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption. Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and implementation documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate TrakCare with EMR/EHR systems, LIS, RIS, PACS, ERP platforms, billing systems, and other third-party healthcare applications. Support system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and change requests. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support to healthcare users. Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

8–12 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or Healthcare Application Implementation. Strong hands-on experience with InterSystems TrakCare implementation and support. Deep understanding of hospital workflows, patient administration, clinical operations, and healthcare processes. Experience in requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Experience working with healthcare integrations involving EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, ERP, and billing systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience conducting UAT, training sessions, and change management activities. Ability to create functional and process documentation. Preferred Qualifications InterSystems TrakCare certification is highly preferred. Experience in multi-hospital or large-scale healthcare implementations. Exposure to healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Familiarity with healthcare data migration and system integration projects.
