We are looking for a GenAI Solution Architect to design, build, and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS, with additional exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environments. This role owns the full technical lifecycle of GenAI initiatives — from architecture and RAG system design to production deployment — while leading and mentoring development teams. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on builder and a client-facing technical authority.

GenAI Architecture & AWS Native Services Design solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock (Claude, Llama, Titan), SageMaker (training, fine-tuning, hosting), Amazon Q, CodeWhisperer, Lex, Comprehend, Transcribe, Rekognition Architect AI workflow orchestration using Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway Implement vector search using Amazon OpenSearch RAG System Development Build enterprise-grade RAG systems using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and OpenSearch Serverless Optimize embedding models on Bedrock/SageMaker Apply advanced chunking, grounding, and retrieval-quality tuning Evaluate retrieval precision, recall, and hallucination reduction Solution Design & Delivery Design production-grade AI solutions: intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, multi-agent decision-support systems Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques Integrate agentic components with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops Technical Leadership Guide the development team on GenAI components and design decisions Review code and maintain technical quality across the team Unblock developers facing technical issues or defects Shape integration workflows across teams connected to Data Agent systems

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and enterprise web applications Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, networking, security, database concepts Mandatory: Development and deployment of at least one GenAI solution on AWS Mandatory: Expertise in at least one cloud platform for GenAI solutions Excellent communication, collaboration, and multi-project management skills Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK Strong Python proficiency for AI/ML development Modern architecture patterns: event-driven architecture, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS Containerization/PaaS: Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, Azure Stack Strong client management and professional presence
