As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role sits at the intersection of modern front-end architecture and robust back-end systems, requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between user experience and server-side efficiency. You will drive technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that the microservices ecosystem is resilient, secure, and maintainable.

Architecture & Design: Lead the design of modular, reusable UI components using React and TypeScript, while architecting scalable Microservices on the back end. Front-End Engineering: Develop highly interactive User Interfaces (UI) focusing on performance, accessibility, and state management. Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust server-side logic using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high throughput and low latency. Microservices Orchestration: Utilize Spring Cloud for service discovery, configuration management, and API gateway implementation to ensure seamless communication between services. API Strategy: Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs that serve as the contract between the front-end and back-end layers. Quality Assurance: Drive a culture of testing by implementing unit tests (JUnit, Jest), integration tests, and end-to-end testing frameworks. DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes). Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to maintain high engineering standards.

Front-End Stack React & TypeScript: 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience building complex SPAs (Single Page Applications). State Management: Proficiency in Redux, MobX, or React Context API. Modern CSS: Experience with CSS-in-JS (Styled Components) or Tailwind CSS. Back-End Stack Core Java: Strong mastery of Java 8/11/17 features (Streams, Lambdas, Multithreading). Spring Framework: Expert-level knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud modules. Microservices: Proven experience in designing distributed systems and handling inter-service communication (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
