We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Lead to drive the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who combines deep expertise in front-end engineering with strong architectural skills and team leadership capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver enterprise-grade applications while establishing engineering best practices, mentoring front-end engineers, and driving technical innovation across multiple agile teams.

Lead front-end architecture and technology decisions, designing scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI architectures. • Define coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices across teams. • Develop enterprise-grade web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, and build reusable component libraries and design systems. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and SEO, including Core Web Vitals. • Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. • Lead and mentor Front-End Engineers; conduct code reviews and technical design reviews. • Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI, Backend Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure successful delivery. • Establish automated testing practices and drive continuous improvement in quality and engineering excellence. • Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and implement security best practices to reduce technical debt. • Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements, automate front-end deployment, and support cloud-native deployment strategies. • Support hiring, onboarding, and technical coaching of front-end talent. • Drive technical innovation and modernization initiatives, including AI-powered platform/product development.

10–15 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading front-end engineering teams. • Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS. • Must-have framework expertise: React.js, Next.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Query/TanStack Query. • Proficiency with UI technologies such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Styled Components, or Emotion. • Solid experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand) and build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel). • Strong testing background with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets integration. • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise web applications, with a strong portfolio of React/Next.js applications. • Minimum 2 years' experience in AI-powered platform/product development
