This is a hybrid technical + analytical role — the candidate must be strong in SQL/PL-SQL and have hands-on experience interpreting and presenting data for business decisions, ideally in a financial services or brokerage environment.

Technical Side: Expert-level SQL & PL/SQL — complex queries, data extraction, transformation Ability to deeply understand and interpret data, not just query it Experience reading and working with vendor/partner data file layouts Analytical Side: Minimum 2 years in an Analyst role — reports, dashboards, KPIs Build and maintain visualizations to support business decisions Experience in business analysis projects

• A strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, capable of extracting, transforming, and analysing complex datasets. • Understand the data (most important) • Excellent skills in writing SQL queries • Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Thoroughly understand the data file layouts from other vendors including the business partners • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key metrics, KPIs, and trends relevant to financial services operations • Experience doing business analysis projects • Should have experience working in US based client. • Prior experience working at a Broker Dealer company or related is a BIG plus
