As a Business Data Analyst in the Wealth Management domain, you will serve as the critical link between complex financial data sources and business stakeholders. Your primary mission is to ingest data from various external vendors (like Bloomberg, Reuters, or partner banks), validate its integrity, and transform it into actionable insights through SQL and visualization tools. You will "own" the data lifecycle—from understanding the client's business needs to delivering the final dashboard.

1. Data Discovery & Integration Vendor Management: Analyze and interpret complex "file layouts" (CSV, XML, JSON) sent by external business partners and data vendors. Data Deep-Dive: Investigate raw data to understand its meaning (e.g., distinguishing between a "Dividend" and a "Stock Split") before it hits the database. Mapping: Create logic to map external vendor data into internal systems without losing accuracy. 2. Technical Analysis & Reporting Advanced Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract, join, and filter data from large financial databases. Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards (using Power BI or similar) that track KPIs like AUM (Assets Under Management), Portfolio Performance, and Revenue trends. Enhancement: Continuously improve existing reports to make them faster and more insightful for financial advisors.
