We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to drive business improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional specifications Work closely with product, development, and QA teams Translate business needs into system and process requirements Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives Support UAT, validation, and user sign-off Create reports, dashboards, and documentation as required Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Stakeholder Management BRD / FRD / Use Cases / User Stories Process Mapping & Gap Analysis SQL / Excel (preferred) Agile / Scrum or Waterfall methodologies Strong communication and documentation skills
