We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI Specialist) to join our team working on secure, scalable AI-driven systems within the Media, Publishing, and Information Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building intelligent, autonomous agents using Google Cloud's Vertex AI ecosystem, along with a solid foundation in machine learning model development and MLOps practices. This role involves both building new AI-powered products and enhancing/maintaining existing applications.

Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that autonomously perform tasks using LLMs and integrated tools Develop agents using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) and deploy/manage them via Vertex AI Agent Engine Build and host agent components/services using Google Cloud Run (serverless containerized deployments) Handle end-to-end model development lifecycle — data preparation, algorithm selection, training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and deployment Manage and optimize ML infrastructure using Vertex AI Workbench, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform (IaC), and GCS Perform GPU optimization for training/inference workloads to balance performance and cost

Strong expertise in AI/ML — model development, training, evaluation, deployment Experience building AI agents (autonomous, LLM-powered, tool-using) Hands-on with ADK (Agent Development Kit) Hands-on with Vertex AI Agent Engine Experience with Google Cloud Run Strong working knowledge of Vertex AI (core platform) MLOps experience: Terraform, CI/CD, GCS, Vertex AI Workbench, GPU optimization Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph for building agent frameworks Experience integrating agents with enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow) via LangChain-based agents Multi-agent architecture design experience
