We are looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Conversational AI, and Automation to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions and conversational AI systems that transform how our business operates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI-powered virtual assistants, chatbots, and NLP pipelines that deliver real business value.

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions including chatbots and intelligent virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform Build and maintain NLP pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and dialogue management Develop robust Python-based automation scripts, workflows, and backend integrations to support AI-driven applications Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models for language understanding and automated decision-making Deploy and manage AI applications on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) in a cloud-native, containerized environment

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, software development, or automation engineering Strong proficiency in Python — including libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, or Flask Proven experience with Kore.AI platform — building, configuring, and deploying enterprise virtual assistants and chatbots Solid understanding of NLP concepts — intent detection, entity recognition, dialogue management, sentiment analysis, and text classification Experience with AI/ML model development — training, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models Hands-on experience with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) or similar Kubernetes-based container platforms
