 Performed manual testing for web-based applications across multiple platforms,

 Communicate with all the stakeholders to review requirements and create test plans and

 Perform smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing, ensuring accurate tracking

and reporting of defects via JIRA.

 Develop test cases based on business and functional requirements, and execute test

scenarios for various browsers, devices, and operating systems.

 Finding and tracking defects with detailed descriptions, reproduction steps, and expected

results.

 Updating regular status reports to management on testing progress, and collaborate with

developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.

 Following the implementation of an Agile development process, including participation in

sprint planning and daily stand-ups
