We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who can guide teams, stakeholders, and leadership in adopting Agile practices effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, strengthening Agile maturity, and enabling high-performing, self-organized teams.
Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, PI planning. Assess team Agile maturity and recommend improvement strategies. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams. Coach leadership teams on Lean-Agile mindset and transformation practices. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Promote Agile culture across departments through workshops and training. Track metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown, OKRs) and provide insights.
8+ years of experience in Agile delivery; 3+ years as an Agile Coach. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and SAFe. Hands-on experience mentoring multiple Agile teams. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams. Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, SPC, PMI-ACP.
