How do I Subscribe to CoHire.com Premium?

1. Explore the CoHire Premium Plans

CoHire.com offers a spectrum of Premium subscription plans tailored for users, on either a monthly or annual basis. 

a. Mini – Ideal if you need light usage or are exploring CoHire’s Premium benefits.

b. Essential – The most popular choice; great for regular and consistent users.

c. Professional – Best for high-volume or enterprise user-level recruitment or staffing needs.

Make your choice based on how much activity such as views, contacts, chats, your expect.


2. Choose Monthly or Save with Annual Billing

a. Monthly – gives flexibility with no long-term commitment.

b. Annual – costs less overall with a 20% discount automatically applied.

Decide between short-term adaptability or long-term savings.


3. Sign In or Sign Up

1. Visit https://www.cohire.com/pricing

2. Click “Sign in” to access your existing account, or select   “Sign up”   to create a new one.

3. You'll be redirected to the pricing page with plan options.

You may need to accept CoHire’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before proceeding.


4. Subscribe to Your Plan

1. Select your desired plan (Mini, Essential, or Professional).

2. Choose Monthly or Annual billing.

3. Agree to the terms.

4. Checkout - complete your first payment either using NetBanking, UPI, Payment Wallet or Credit Card / Debit Card.

After payment, your account upgrades instantly, unlocking Premium features.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

‍a. Refund: You can cancel your subscription within 2 days (with 48 hours) of your 'first purchase', and get full refund. 

a. To be fair, refund is applicable only if the user has not used the subscription quota.

b. If the event, user has consumed the subscription quota either partially or in full, in such case refund will not be applicable.

c. After 2 calendar days (i.e., 48 hours), payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

d. Refund is not available for unused time, or partial days after the 2-day window.

e. Refund is not available for renewals.

f. Unconsumed quota will not be carried forward to renewals.

b. Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, users must access their account settings > CoHire Premium Order History > Press the Cancel Plan (X) icon.


5. Upgrade and Renewal
In the event the user has an existing plan active, however, goes ahead and either upgrades to a low or higher plan. or renews the current plan again before the end of current plan - in such cases, the user can do the following:
a. Activate the new plan immediately - by visiting Settings > CoHire Premium Order History > Press the Cancel and Activate new plan icon. This will cancel the old plan and activate the new plan immediately. However, it is important to note that there will be no carry forward of any quota or tier options to the new plan. 
b. Wait for current plan to expire - so the new plan will activate automatically the very next day.
